If you are not where you want to be in life, it is because of your mind.
It Is not your situation, circumstance, lack of abilities or opportunities that is holding you back. It is your own mind that is pulling you back.
You do not suffer a relationship failure, financial setback, unfulfilling job, bad boss, poor parenting, anything or anyone as much as you suffer your own mind. Your mind magnifies what might otherwise be a trivial trouble for you. You are much more powerful and empowered than you give yourself credit for. Your mind magnifies your suffering and makes it seem insurmountable.
There is no one out there ‘to get you’. There is no ‘why me’. This universe is not specifically targeting you to dump the weight of the world on your shoulders. In fact, it does not think as highly of any individual human being. The universe does not even think. The universe operates based on energy and vibrations. So, you are not anyone’s specific target, God’s or someone else’s. We are all in it together; what an individual suffers is a common human problem. You already possess the intelligence required to solve your problems; your mind tells you otherwise.
It possible for the mind to totally break free from the cycle of worry and suffering and return to its original state which is purity, innocence, bliss and joy.
I have understood this irreversibly. I have learned how to tune the mind to a positive, joyful frequency. Each time an interruption occurs my mind can tune itself back to its happy state almost instantaneously. The faster it is done the more energy you have which translates to better efficiency in this world. Knowing it can be done again and again and again, gives me confidence and a sense of security as I operate in this world. It fills me with happiness I have never known before. Knowing you can reclaim your joyful state, anytime you want, is the most joyous feeling there is. Once you learn how to do it you will notice that your mind automatically tunes towards that which is positive, progressive, peaceful, joyful and fulfilling.
I want you to have what I have; this irreversible confidence in your ability to tune the mind towards joy.
I feel it is crucial for us to have this life skill. That is the reason I wrote S.W.E.L.L., to tell you that you are not alone, you are not powerless against sadness and suffering. This universe does not want you to suffer. On the contrary, it longs for you to be happy and joyful. It desperately hopes that you would just S.W.E.L.L:
